I just posted this video which I talked about in my previous reply that I have tested it but it's in draft now it's public.
So you can check at point 08:27 where I created transform map and also shown testing at around 12:00 that even though I have checked business rules and enforced mandatory fields it's being bypassed.
The incident record is created without caller and short description. And then a transform script resolved that issue. Because it was client script.
