I believe the glide.servlet.uri property is (also?) updated by info from the Custom URLs table.
If you set any of your Custom URLs as Instance URL the glide.servlet.uri property will be updated to that URL.

Our glide.servlet.uri property is shows our Instance URL and we do not have a system property called glide.proxy.host in our instances.
