Hi @Navyashree
Why you have changed same same Test Ldap server config to prod for shared mail box.
Please do create separate entry.
Make sure ,you are setting correct up and & running Mid server for prod.
Shared mail box URL you are updating by Prod one .
Also updating prod OU
Prod credential should be different from Test. Update login password as well, if needed.
