Two level approval for kb article using flow designer

Hi Community,

  I have req as follow

There are two types of documents in KB article on the basis of document type & prepared by one user(ABC ) if this condition will match flow should go for the first approval first like XYZ(user) and then for second level approval i.e group (PQR) if both user and group will approve then publish the document.

  or else if the document is second type again flow will be same ,if approved publish else reject.

  need guidance on this how can I achieve this,as Iam new to flow designer.
