• Navigate to your Service Catalog Item 
• Open the specific Reference Variable.

• Ensure the Reference field is set to core_company
• Update Variable Attributes

ref_auto_completer=AJAXTableCompleter,ref_ac_columns=core_company_id,ref_ac_columns_search=true,ref_ac_display_value=true

Note: Assuming  core_company_id is field of Core_company
