Hi,
I am trying to populate Asset records based on a Product Model condition. I have configured a reference qualifier and added the following variable attributes:
Several Community posts suggest that a query_range ACL may be required. The affected user has the snc_external role. I created the ACL and tested it, but the issue still persists.
Could someone help me understand:
- Why does ref_ac_columns_search=true prevent records from being returned?
- Are additional ACLs or configurations required for searching the specified columns?
- Do serial_number and display_name require field-level read access or any specific indexing?

is it working fine with admins? -> if yes then it's some ACL issue
Try creating query_range ACL on both the fields and add proper role
Also user should have read access to fields used in that attribue
