Is there away to deactivate Subflows and Actions in Flow Designer

Hello,

Is there a way to de-activate a Subflow or an Action, I do not see an option to do that in the Flow Designer. leaving in the draft status does not prevent exiting or new flows from using the Subflow or Action that is still in Draft Status
