Hi
thank you for your return I tried with assignment rule I specified the table after I put the conditions and I added the group to which sent the incident when I test once I choose the conditions the environment and category in the assignment group field the desired group is not displayed and also when I save the group does not change I don't know is it because there are client scripts and business rules on the environment field to send the incident to specific groups

Go to filter navigator and search for assignment rules. Open an existing one to understand how it works and then you can create a new as per your requirement. The conditions can be mentioned in the condition builder.
