Thanks for the reply.

Once the Incident is closed,a mail will triggered for taking survey.After clicking on the Survey link in mail,if the user is not logged into the ServiceNow instance they should be redirected to the SSO page.But in our instance we are not getting redirected to the SSO page.

My Survey Url: https://instancename/nav_to.do?uri=expert_shell.do

Here the URI is expert_shell since we are using Survey Wizard.If I change URI to survey_take ,user is redirected to SSO page.
