Unfortunately we do not have access to edit the new_change_redirect.do page from what I can see according to a comment on the following post:

I am unable to find a way to edit this page in my PDI either.

Is there a reason for adding the standard change model into this section when you have the standard change catalog under "Preapproved" in the same page?
