Putting a few pieces together in this thread, here is what I did:

  1. Created a new CSS w/ the css from Felix
  2. Went to my theme for my portal
  3. Scrolled down to CSS includes
  4. Clicked on Edit...
  5. Added the css created above
  6. Save
  7. Refresh portal
