Hi Narendra,

Sure, this can be done with a 1st report called "Closed on this year" and you add a new Dataset to this report called "Closed on last year".   

Use this icon on the 1st report to create the Dataset.

Both reports will be of type "Column" with a Trend on the Closed field and be "per month":

The 1st report will have criteria "Closed on This year" and the attached Dataset will have criteria "Closed on Last year".
