So you have started creating the test steps and facing issue in setting the value of field Change Request Values.

That is an UI formatter which internally calls UI Macro

UI Formatter: Template Value for record producer

UI Macro: std_change_readonly_template_handler

I doubt this can be achieved using set field values in ATF
