Thanks for all the detail above, the more I am looking into this the more I feel the CMDB relationships have not been implemented correctly - not something that I have been working on - I was just tasked with trying to understand the impacted services tab.   I feel that the relationships are not correct which is leading to incorrect information being pulled through to the impacted services tab.

In regards to the CDLSA36 relationship:

Would this be more the correct relationship setup?

Apologies for the basic questions, but the cmdb is not my domain so I am trying to grasp where it is wrong so I can feed this back to the correct people so we can get this corrected.
