In addition to scope check.

Have eye on Application Access for Needit Table.

(Because, it restricts to insert new record if can create field is unchecked)

Steps to follow-

Go Studio->Click on Needit Application->(Under Data Model->Tables->NeedIt)->under Application access tick can create checkbox.
