Annnnd this is how you ruin other's ability to use PDIs.

If you need a PDI up at all times, then ask SN for a at cost instance.  From what I've been told it is nearly the same price as the TPP fee 5k/year.  Seems like a lot, but it's been told to me more than once it costs a lot to host it. 

Personally I hope ServiceNow fends this off but I realize you may try other ways to do it. 

Please understand that the inconvenience allows for many more PDIs to be available.
