Still the same error.

"From Related Links, click Grant scope administration to all admins."

And I could not understand what was this step doing. Is it assigning the scope administration to all admins? I wanted to have this scoped administration to selected admins.

Regarding the above error - How can I check if I'm the scoped administrator?

If I open the user account, I'm able to see the role assigned - x_grs_compliance.Admin.
