Show all journal fields

Hi,

I've upgraded to Helsinki and within the incident and problem form there is a show all journal fields button, which you could select to show one journal field or all journal fields.

I would like to remove this option and show all journal fields as defaults on all forms.

Any advice would me much appreciated.
