Hello @Aqil,
thats actually a nice use case for ServiceNow, which I have seen multiple clients using it.
My suggested setup would look like that:
1. Setup a dedicated phishing mailbox where potential mails are forwarded e.g. phishing@yourcompany.com
2. Add/ Connect this Mailbox to ServiceNow
3. Create a simple inbound action for that E-Mail (or Flow with an email inbound trigger)
4. Setup a "Button" in Outlook that will forward the mail to the previously creted e-mail address. There are different ways/ plugins you can use. E.g. try the following: https://support.phishingbox.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031253294-Setting-Up-the-Report-Phishing-Outloo....
