The 'Tables' module will also work, head to that, then find your table, open it up, scroll to the bottom and you'll see all the 'Related Links', one of these is 'Show List'.  Then once in the list you can click on any column label, using the hamburger icon, and select 'Create Bar Chart'.

Then you'll be able to create the exact report you want as you're table is auto-populated.
