Hello Jonathan
I found 2 ways to remove the unwanted workspaces.
- Deactivate the workspace you don't want to be visible
- navigate to Now Experience Framework > Experiences
- filter the list by App Shell UI = Agent Workspace App Shell to see all pages which appear under workspace
/sys_ux_page_registry_list.do?sysparm_query=root_macroponent%3Dc276387cc331101080d6d3658940ddd2&sysparm_view=
- open the workspace to hide
- if needed, go first to the appropriate application scope by clicking on 'To edit the record click here' if you see a message like
This record is in the App Analytics Workspace application, but Global is the current application. To edit this record click. To edit the record click here.
- deactivate it and save
> Via the url path of the workspace (UX Page Registry), you will be able to access them
https://<your-instance>.service-now.com/now/sow - remove the workspace from the category
start from the workspace:
- in stead of deactivating the workspace delete the link to its category in the related list 'UX Application Category M2Ms'
OR start from the category
- all links on the Workspace category can be found here
/sys_ux_experience_category.do?sys_id=afb4e3e173322010f0ca1e666bf6a726
- in the related list, open the M2M relation to delete
! make sure you delete the M2M record and not the whole workspace
Hope this is clear.
Kind regards
Wim
