You can add the "requested_by" field in the Script Include "CABAgendaItem" in "TASK_FIELDS_FOR_ATTENDEES".  Please find the below screenshot.

When you are testing please test with a new cab definition and try refreshing the agenda items and meeting invites.

It doesn't work for me when I tried with the existing CAB Definition it worked when I created a new CAB Definition.
