Priority also should display after urgency in esc portal

Priority also should be displayed after urgency after submitting incident in ESC portal
Can anyone please let me know how can we do this

Hi @Shaik Najma ,

 

To configure this follow the below steps:

Navigate to Standard Ticket -> Standard Ticket Configuration
Tab -> Info Region
Field -> Add or remove fields from "Info fields"
