Attestation Designer vs Survey Designer

All,

We were advised by our Snow rep to use the Survey Designer instead of Attestation Designer due to the inability of AD to scroll through more than the initial screen resolution when we begin the design.  I have to say not having this tested was a huge flaw in their Utah rollout.

However, SD doesn't bring up Attestation Types, and so I'm wondering if the two are actually the same and if we should try and use SD for AT forms for Control validation.  I wouldn't think so however I'm very new to this platform.

Has anyone worked with this situation before?
