Unable to hide a container through UI policies or client script in Vancouver

Folks,

I've a catalog item which is under GRC scope where we have a requirement to hide container variables where  certain conditions are met.

I tried achieving through UI policies and clients script, but hard luck didn't work out.

Condition: policy=Information security User access control standard 

                    and

                  control objective =5.3.3 requirement

The container to hide variable is "container_security_assurance" which have certain set of variables which need to hide when above condition is met.

Valuable comments and suggestions are always take positive.
