Apologies in advance if this doesn't help, but I'll throw it out there in case it does ...

In ServiceNow there's no 'GRC' application as such. Rather there is the Vulnerability Response application, the Security Incident Response application, and several others.

My point is, if you search 'grc' within the Application Manager in Xanadu, you won't necessarily find "the main plugins required for GRC functionalities," as you put it, because they don't all have 'GRC' in their names. It's better to check the docs for the names of the modules you want to install, and go from there.
