How to setup and connect the Business Capabilities to BCM Asset ?

As shown in the below link, we can connect  "Business Capabilities" to BCM Asset  but when we install BCM Workspace, there is no sample data on Business Capabilities" ?

Question 1) How to add Business Capabilities so that we can use them to configure them as an Element definition for BCM plan?

Question 2) How to connect Business Capabilities of EA Workspace/APM to the Business Capabilities  of BCM (question ### or they are disjointed i.e. they are isolated concepts ? the Business Capabilities of EA Workspace/APM are set up as below:

Question 3: How to connect Business Capabilities of Workspace/APM so that they start showing them in the BCM Module list of elements?
