TPRM: Document Request template - How to create a document request template - Document Management

I understand that we can create document request template (Classic) and document request temaplate(SAE). I do not see a place where the attached documents move to document management or link to vendor or link to vendor. Is this the expected behavior or there is a OOB solution to this?

I have tried a flow that moved the attachments from the External Assessment to DDR (Due Diligence Record). It is working fine. But I am looking for OOB solution to move to Document Management
