Hi Sahil
We got the subscription on UC ControlSight and got the api-key from API Manager. Tried updating the api-key on UCF Config record but see this error -
Unable to retrieve the CCH shared lists. Check your UCF credentials.
Is there any other configuration to be done for GRC: UCF on ServiceNow.
