Is it possible to configure a back-and-forth approval workflow in Smart Assessment Engine (SAE) for GRC? If so, could you advise on how this can be configured?

Hello @nurinasyikin_ ,
I have created approval flow in Smart Assessment instances.
You can utilize the flow designer, based on the requirement most likely when the assessment is submitted and based on its answers you can define approval just like you do for other tables in the ServiceNow platform, no additional steps required for smart assessment.
