Hi @Gaurav Vaze if you open UI Builder for HR Case Mgmt then click the drop down and go to Record > Case SRP. As seen below

Then scroll down to the Response templates object as seen in the image below and look at the config tab to the right. This is where the table is specified using the data binding feature.
