User access to Employee Growth and Development

I need your support on one situation.

We have installed EGD (Employee Growth and Development plugin) to enhance employee career growth and to have a unified manager view (using Manager Hub). Our issue is that we don't know exactly how can we grant access to EGD mega menu tabs to all employees (including managers) and in the same time managers to have Your Team tabs (each manager has access already).

Right now the employee doesn't have access to EGD and managers have access only to their team tab.

I want ot mention that we have installed all the depended plugins and grand EGD roles to users but the situation is the same.

Please let me know if you have any ideea on how to solve this!
