I am complete beginner to HRSD, I have Knowledge on ITSM Admin and Dev Portion and Would like to Start HRSD.

• What's the scope and future of ServiceNow HRSD? Is this a right career choice?
• Suggest Some Study resources for HRSD Preparation (YouTube / Blog Posts / etc....)
• What are the certification I have to Concentrate on?
