Exporting tickets with attachments and screenshots

We just started using service now, our old ticketing system is able to export the tickets with all of its attachments/screenshots. But in service now, we are not able to do so. Does service now have this capability? Is this something that we need to enable, plugin, or a custom code change that we need to make? If so, is there a how to for it? Thank you!
