While currently SaaS API are being used to pull in subscription and usage related information; we are planning on leveraging APIs to pull entitlement information as well.  This feature is on the roadmap. 

For vendors that have APIs to provide cost we will be using those to generate entitlements.  Again, it is in the backlog for prioritization.
