Dont see data in cmdb_ci_spkg table to map to systrack integartion

Hi,

We have systrack integration where we are planning to map Software name from systrack to Product name in software instance table, but noticed that product name field is reference of cmdb_ci_spkg and we dont have much data in cmdb_ci_spkg table, and if we dont have data in product name field while migrating to software install table Discovery model is not getting populated. Can anyone suggest how we can get the cmdb_ci_spkg data
