The Last Activity field is populated only when Microsoft 365 usage/activity data is successfully imported and processed by SAM Pro. Subscription data alone does not populate this field.

verify

• The Microsoft 365 usage/activity import is configured and completes successfully.

• The Microsoft 365 integration has the required permissions to retrieve usage/activity data.

• Import logs and scheduled jobs complete without errors.

• Usage/activity records are being imported and correctly mapped to the corresponding subscription and user records.

If records exist in the samp_sw_subscription table but no Microsoft 365 usage/activity data is imported, the Last Activity field will remain blank.
