You're welcome!

Location type is an available field on the Location record which is hidden out of the box. In order to add it to your form layout, (as an admin) you will need to:

1. Click on the additional actions (hamburger) menu in the top left corner
2. Select Configure > Form Layout
3. Select Location type from the "Available" list and move it to the "Selected" list, either by double clicking on "Location type" or clicking on the add (>) button once you selected Location type.
4. Once in the Selected section, click the up or down arrows to move the new field to the position you want it on your form
5. Click Save

Once the field has been added to the form, you can select from the list of OOB options, or you can customize this list as previously mentioned.
