Hi,
I have an requirement where if i receive an event for the first time, i need to create an Alert and if the same event comes again in the next 30 minutes, i should not create an Alert, rather update the existing one.
I should create a new Alert for the same event only if it comes again after 30 minutes. I am trying to build an event rule with below configurations, but this fails even when i get the event for the first time? Does anyone have an idea what am i doing wrong here?
