Copy Expedited Change to Normal Change Defaults Type to Normal

All,

We are having an issue with copy change - if we copy an expedited change it all works except for the change type.  It defaults to normal.

Has anyone else seen this issue and know how to fix?

We are on the Xanadu release if that helps.

I have searched and cannot find anything and really not sure when this issue started...

Any suggestions are appreciated.
