Microsoft teams integration with Incident module

Hello All,

i want to integrate Microsoft teams with incident table without virtual agent and Provides agents the ability to initiate a Microsoft Teams chat with an employee from a ticket and then import the chat transcript back to the ticket as a comment .Can anyone please help me with this.
