So, the issue is value is not showing in the native view. What type of role this user have?

so the Location and Dept Name are not getting populated or shown on sc_task form?

did you check if data for those is present in Variable Ownership table (sc_item_option_mtom) for that RITM?

If yes then it should be present.

Are you checking with admin or non-admin?
