When I go to the application manager, I can find the app "Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM)" and I have an option to "Proceed to Update". Is this the way to bring the dev changes over to prod and are there any alternatives, or rollback options? 

Atul: This is what you are referring to Plugin update to the latest version of Now Assist. This is not like update set movement.

eventhough fully out of context. You need to capture the chages in update set only.
