We have recently configured IIQ Service Catalog Integration for one of our project. So, I will just provide you a quick Overview what we did if it would be helpful to you.

We have created few Service Catalog items which are having there own workflow and conditions. Now, we have created some Scripted Web Service to Insert & Update catalog items with the Data received from the IIQ Sailpoint. Once the data will be received in SNOW, the workflow will be triggered and then the flow will be same as for a normal Request.

So, we haven't used the "SailPoint Service Catalog Integration" application from the Store, but for your reference if you require to do it you can...!!
