In order to take the best decision for yourself, ServiceNow provide complete journey details to gain an expertise in specific modules. You can do following things -

1. Login to nowLearning > Credential Program > Credential Path > Implementer.

2. Choose 'Software Asset Management' for the list of Implementer paths.

3. Following path will appear -

4. Prepare well and attempt CIS-SAM exam and gain the required expertise certification.
