Difference between Change Adoption Specialist and Business Process Analyst

i am now approaching the career path of ServiceNow, i don't like coding work, not familar with Java script.

Not sure which one is better fitting to me? Change Adoption Specialist or Business Process Analyst?

Can someone tell me what a Change Adoption Specialist will do? or R&R?
