Service Bridge / Service Exchange - Consumer Instance to send Comment history

On Service Exchange - we have to have all historic comments sent from Consumer to Provider when we trigger a Remote Task integration. I have enabled the 'Sync pre-existing entries' on the outbound field on the Consumer instance.

This is not working, and the comment history is not included to the Remote Task. 

 

Does this field work for consumer instances?
