Order Management Fallout task integration with ITSM (incidents and requests)

I cannot find any out-of-the-box integrations between the Order Management Fallout task and ITSM tasks (incidents, requests). There aren't even subtasks on the fallout.
The use case is simple: A fallout manager who manages the fallout needs help from different people within the organization. Depending on the fallout cause, an incident or a request associated with the fallout would be raised to track the work.
Am I missing a piece of the Fallout functionality, or is it intended to work in some other way?
