| Candidate is not associated with voucher. Your Now Learning and Web assessor accounts must need mapped correctly in Now Learning. If you need help linking accounts submit a case to ServiceNow Even my web assessor account is linked (my personal email) in the now learning portal which is created with my organization Email .I am still not able to claim the voucher .Kindly respond. |
