I raised the tickets in Now Learning . I got this response. Tickets is also mark as completed. Can anyone explain me.

Seems SN blocked or black listed your name in certification might be SN found some illegal pratice during Exam.
Tru to raise a case with SN also to get it clarity.

If I am not wrong it's for 1 yr and yout all certs marked canceled. Bettee and quick log case in Now Learning.

What can I do now to remain my remaining certification. I have done my some certification onsite also. Please can you help me. What can I do the remain my certificate.
